Following the August solar and lunar eclipses, we are entering a new phase where everything that has shifted, surfaced, cleared, or transformed is asking to be fully integrated. For many, eclipse season may have illuminated old patterns, relationships, emotions, identities, and timelines that simply cannot follow us into where we are going.

The eclipse may be over, but the energetic process continues.

We are moving into higher timelines and learning how to embody frequencies that may feel very different from where we have been. This can create periods of exhaustion, emotional release, heightened sensitivity, uncertainty, or even the feeling that you are no longer the person you were just a few weeks ago.
